A few doors down from the previous Western Avenue project, we substantially increases the size of this property from 4,000 square feet to over 7,000 square feet. We opened up the rear of this property to a beautiful sunken Living Room with high ceilings and nature views. In the rear yeard we added a loggia with a spacious stone patio situated next to the pool
SPARKS GLENCOE, MD
This property is on a spacious 1 Acre lot. We designed to build an addition on top of the existing split level structure, adding a oor above the existing 1 story portion of the house and connecting the main house to the semi-detached garage. The home features an extension to the rear to incorporate a luxurious master suite with a double sided replace. Other features in the home include a double height living room with a mezzanine/catwalk, beautiful stone exterior, a circular driveway, and an elevator.

Situated atop a hill on an 80 Acre winery, this home was increased from 4,000 square feet to 12,000 square feet. This modern farmhouse has scenic views overlooking a rolling hillside, and a new 4 car garage.

This renovation and addition is a bit more surgical in nature. We are expanding the living room and kitchen, relocat ing the staircase, and adding a new retaining wall to encase a new below grade patio extension
